We bring people and organizations together to build understanding, reduce stigma, and create more opportunities for connection.
To help make Montgomery County a more inclusive and supportive place for people living with dementia and those who care about them.
Lori Rizzo and Danielle Ramirez connected through a shared interest in dementia awareness and community support. Both saw a need for more local education, stronger connections, and accessible resources for families.
Together, they began bringing neighbors and professionals into an effort to make Montgomery County more dementia friendly.

Lori’s experience as an end-of-life and dementia doula has shaped her commitment to supporting people living with dementia and their care circles. She helped start this local effort to extend awareness and support beyond one family at a time.
